At a recent Perrier-Jouët Fleur de Champagne prestige cuvée portfolio tasting, I was smitten with the entire PJ line up, including the 2000 blanc de blancs. The tasting took place at the Soho House, and the 2000 blanc de blancs was perfectly paired with a braised turbot and caviar cream sauce. Decadently delicious!
