Potato Soup (Seasonal)

The potato soup on the winter menu at Seasonal is an absolute delight — gastronomically and visually. The cuisine at Seasonal is all about subtle accents: The paper-thin purple potato crisps, the pieces of speck that add flavor. What you don’t see are little Taleggio cheese dumplings in the soup. Bravo!
