Shrimp 'n Grits

I had the shrimp n’ grits at The Porter’s: white cheddar grits, portobello and crimini mushrooms, truffle oil, topped with a poached egg. It was dreamy and flavorful but my favorite part was the Cheddar chive biscuit that accompanied.
