The bacalao fried rice at Macao Trading Co. is a worthwhile venture to match all the fun cocktails from the bar like Lovee Long Time, Pomelo Lee and Drunken Dragon’s Milk. Popular in Cantonese and Macanese cuisine, MCT’s rice is just fluffy enough while the bacalao (salt cod) is never too salty. Add a little hot sauce and it’s golden, possibly rivaling some of the top fried rice in neighboring Chinatown.
