Loco Moco is a local favorite in Hawaii that consists of white rice topped with a hamburger patty, fried egg and brown gravy. I requested mushrooms in the gravy at Joe’s On the Green in Kauai for breakfast one morning. Very tasty and paired perfectly with a Bloody Mary!
