The Morrocan Fish Tagine

The Morrocan Fish Tagine at Bodrum is a nice medley of Mediterranean flavors. Spiced seasonal fish is cooked with preserved lemon, olives and vegetables in the tagine that helps to infuse all the ingredients with their gorgeous flavors. The acidity of the lemon complements the strong savory flavor of the olives. It’s a balanced meal with fish and vegetables, and I love dipping bread in the sauce to extract every last bit of juicy flavor from this dish.
